Submission Of Artwork
Image By Design Licensing gladly accepts and reviews work submitted by talented artists, photographers and illustrators wishing to join our team. We will promote your work to our worldwide publishing clientele who include the greeting card, fine art print, tabletop, ceramic, textile, giftware and stationery industries. Our artists must be prolific and aware of current and future trends in their work output.
To ensure your work receives the attention it deserves please follow these guidelines:
Please send a cross section of work which best highlights your style, versatility and range.
Do not send original artwork at this stage. We will accept photos, colour copies or digital files. In order to do your work justice, please ensure that they are as true a reproduction of your work as possible and of a high enough resolution to view clearly.
Ensure that each piece of work or disk is clearly marked with your name.
If you require images or disks to be returned, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope. If you are sending a lot of work please include a written list of submitted images for us to check off on return.
We will accept images sent by email - please do not send large files. We will also view your website if you have one so long as it is up to date and does justice to your talent.
Please indicate which images are currently available for license.
Include a short cover letter about yourself and your artwork; please also indicate whether you would be willing to work to client brief.
We will attempt to respond to all enquiries promptly; however there may be a delay of several weeks at certain times of the year.
